This is an original watercolor painting of a natural rock formation, known as “Elephant Rock”, in Palmer Lake, Colorado in a blanket of snow in spring/winter. I painted this as a commission for a client. She surprised her husband with it for his birthday. The family moved away from Palmer Lake and wanted some art in their new house that would remind them of the town.
