This watercolor painting is of a landscape you would see in Grand County, Colorado in winter. There are so many outdoor recreation options in Winter Park, Fraser and Tabernash including: horseback riding, nordic or cross-country skiing, downhill skiing, snowshoeing, fat biking, sledding, hiking, snowmobiling and ice skating. I used bright colors because things really do seem that bright to me in Colorado during winter time.
